Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece. Here is our policy:
Ready-to-ship items:
• 14-day return window from the date you receive your order
• Item must be unworn and in its original packaging
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend fully insured tracked shipping
• Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces (including all engagement and wedding rings):
• These pieces are created individually for you and cannot be returned
• If you are unhappy with any aspect of your piece — fit, finish, or otherwise — please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will always work with you to find a resolution.
Not sure before you order? We encourage every customer to reach out first. We are happy to consult, advise on design details and answer any questions.
If the size of the ring doesn't fit
The first resize is complimentary within 6 months of receiving your ring and applies to minor adjustments.
All shipping costs to and from the workshop are the responsibility of the client.
Please note that some designs cannot be resized. If you are unsure about your size before placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you.
Cancellation rights
When buying products in Philippa Davin AB´s online shop you, as a customer, have the right to cancel the order within 14 days, in accordance to Swedish law. These 14 days starts to count from the moment you have received the product.
All custom orders are final sale. See more information below.
The right to cancel your order does not apply:
When the product is custom made according to your order (including choice of the metal, size, style, gemstone or engravings on the jewelry).
When an order is placed in the online shop with your customization we aim to start the order right away. Therefor if you have changed your mind you can cancel the order within 4 hours of placing the order.
If you have chosen the wrong size or metal, please contact us as soon as possible at info@philippadavinjewelry.com

When using your right to cancel the order:
You need to inform us that you regret your purchase. Preferably e-mail us on info@philippadavinjewelry.com.
In your e-mail please include the following:
- your name
- address
- order number
- which product/products you want to return.
You should immediately or within 14 days after your cancellation e-mail, send the products back to me.
You will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us at your own expense and risk. The products should therefore be well-packaged and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received and examined the returned item(s). If the item(s) is found further used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct the refund.
Reclaim
Every product is carefully inspected before leaving the workshop. Would the product still turn up damaged or wrong expedited when the delivery arrives to you, we commit to fix the error without any cost according to Swedish law.
You must always contact us before returning a defect product.
The complaint should be sent as soon as you discover the defect.
How to proceed upon complaint:
Potential faults and defects should always be announced to info@philippadavinjewelry.com where you specify your name, address, e-mail, order number and an explanation of the fault.
If we don't succeed in fixing the defect or in delivering a similar product, we will refund the purchased product, according to Swedish law. Philippa Davin jewelry will then pay the return shipping in case of approved reclaim.
We reserve the right to deny a reclaim if it shows that the product is not defect due to Swedish laws.
