Every piece from Philippa Davin Jewelry is handmade in our studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, with recycled gold and ethically sourced gemstones. 1-YEAR CHARFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY
Every piece of Philippa Davin Jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults, from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
• Loose or displaced stones resulting from a manufacturing fault
• Defective clasps, settings or structural components
• Material faults in gold or platinum
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Stone loss caused by regular daily wear without periodic inspection
• Any piece that has been repaired, altered or resized by a third party
A note on surface scratches: light scratches that develop through normal daily wear are a natural characteristic of gold and

REPAIRS - BEFORE & AFTER WARRANTY
We are always happy to repair your Philippa Davin piece, whether it is within the warranty period or years later.
• During the 1-year warranty: manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge
• After the warranty period: we assess each piece individually and provide a quote before any work begins — no surprises
• Repairs by any other jeweler will void your warranty — always contact us first
• Repair turnaround: typically 3–5 weeks, longer for complex work

COMPLIMENTARY ANNUAL SERVICE
To keep your jewelry looking its best — and to maintain your warranty — we offer the following complimentary services:
• Professional inspection and stone-setting check — free, once per year, comes with a general washing in our professional ultrasonic.
• Texture restoration and light polish — free, every two years
• Thorough cleaning and general service — free, every two years
Service can be carried out at our studio in Gothenburg, or by post. For international clients, return shipping is at the customer's cost. Contact us to arrange your service appointment.
RING SIZE & RESIZING
We understand that finding your correct ring size online can be challenging — especially when ordering for someone else. Here is how we make it easy:
• Not sure of your size? Contact us before ordering — we will help you find it, see our sizing guide to start with.
• First resizing — free within 6 months of delivery (customer covers return postage)
• Further resizings are available against a fee depending on the design and complexity — contact us for a quote
• Some designs (e.g. full-eternity bands) cannot be resized — we will advise you before you order
RETURN & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your piece. Here is our policy:
Ready-to-ship items:
• 14-day return window from the date you receive your order
• Item must be unworn and in its original packaging
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend fully insured tracked shipping
• Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces (including all engagement and wedding rings):
• These pieces are created individually for you and cannot be returned
• If you are unhappy with any aspect of your piece — fit, finish, or otherwise — please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will always work with you to find a resolution.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer complimentary, fully insured and tracked worldwide shipping on all orders. Every package is insured for its full value until it reaches your hands.
• Sweden: 1–4 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–14 business days
• Made-to-order items: allow 7-12 weeks production time,then the above shipping times apply
• All DHL Express international shipments require a signature on delivery
Customs & duties:
For deliveries outside the EU, local import taxes and duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare all shipments accurately and in full. Please check with your country's customs authority for more information.
VALUATION CERTIFICATE & INSURANCE
With every purchase, we include a written valuation certificate — useful for jewelry insurance purposes.
We strongly recommend insuring your Philippa Davin piece. A warranty covers manufacturing defects — but not loss, theft, or accidental damage. Most home insurance policies can be extended to cover fine jewelry, or you can purchase a dedicated jewelry insurance policy.
